Summer Time! The kids are out of school, but Catfish 101 is still in session. The lakes are in great shape and the catfish are biting . The channel cat bite has really turned on and we are still catching some nice blue catfish as well. The action can be fast and furious at times catching eating size channel cats using Secret 7 Dip Bait by Team Catfish on our channel cat trips. I am currently booking guided fishing trips for fun-filled and exciting catfish action for blue cats and channel cats on Lake Lewisville and Grapevine Lake. Both lakes are very convenient to Dallas and Fort Worth and are both within a 30 minute drive from most areas near the DFW Metroplex. I also have gift certificates available that make great gifts for Father’s Day, birthdays, and even weddings and anniversaries. There is nothing more exciting than a great day of catfishing. These trophy blue catfish hit hard and will doubled a rod over in the blink of an eye. The sound of bait clickers screaming and the site of a big catfish thrashing on the surface of knee-deep water will get anyone’s adrenaline pumping. I still have weekend dates available for Catfish Trips this and Summer but the dates are filling in fast. The catfish spawn is wrapping up and the fish are putting on the feed bag. Both morning and afternoon trips can produce big numbers of eating size channel cats and blue cats. I am a licensed professional freshwater fishing guide who has a focus on catching channel cats and blue cats on Lake Lewisville and Grapevine. My goal is to provide you with an enjoyable and fun-filled outdoor experience. With over 25 years of fishing experience, I am able to locate and catch catfish using a variety of techniques and baits. I will provide custom-designed fishing trips to anglers of all experience levels. I will work with my clients to design a trip to either help them learn how to locate and catch catfish, or we can just go out and catch a cooler full for a fish fry. Let’s go catching! |
